My name is Giulio Prampolini. I’m 43 years old and I’ve been a Laboratory Technician at the Gruppo Concorde since 2004. My work is very diverse: I analyze raw materials and solve industrial problems.

The job of our department is to support the companies when unexpected production anomalies arise. Since 2013 I’ve been in charge of the state-of-the-art analog and x-ray instruments that we work with on a daily basis. Having a thorough understanding of the potential of the equipment we have allows me to creatively adapt their characteristics to the particular operational needs of each task.

Since joining the Gruppo Concorde, I’ve learned to work methodically and consciously under pressure, gaining more professional expertise every day. For me, this means working in a positive context that invests in the growth of young, qualified personnel.
