During this both personally and professionally, I’ve had many responsibilities and faced many challenges, but most importantly thanks to the people I’ve had the privilege to work with, to learn and grow.

My story with the group began in 1995 as a Controller. This position allowed me to work side by side with the top management and many other departments. That allowed me to learn about the company, its history, its culture and values. Over the years I’ve had the chance to work in different positions, from marketing to sales management, to the point of becoming chief executive officer of Ceramiche Caesar, my current position. The company itself has changed a lot over time, adapting to the evolution of technology, to different market scenarios and the competitive arena. Examples include challenges we had to deal with, like international expansion, logistics, the energy crisis. But this transformation was made possible by being part of a solid, stable group, which and invested in the ceramic tile industry.

Running a company like Caesar is a great honor that requires motivation, dedication and fairness, values we seek to convey to our employees and that we ask everyone to adopt as their own regardless of their position. My career path is not unique within the group, but similar to other top managers I have the honor to represent. They have had similar experiences within the group and today hold important positions both in Italy and abroad. I hope that my experience would inspire young talents to work hard and grow in an excellent companies as the group.
